Using ThunderBox
ThunderBox helps travelers find and book luggage storage with local partners. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate booking information and follow partner instructions at drop-off and pickup.
Bookings and payments
Prices, availability, cancellation options, and pickup windows are shown during booking. Payment is processed when a booking is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
Stored items
You may store luggage, backpacks, and similar personal items. Hazardous, illegal, perishable, fragile, or unusually valuable items should not be stored through ThunderBox.
Partner locations
Partners are independent businesses that provide storage services through the ThunderBox network. Availability, hours, and capacity may vary by location.
Service changes
We may update features, pricing, policies, or these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of ThunderBox after updates means you accept the revised terms.
